We built AudioRemover.online for one simple reason: muting a video shouldn't require an upload, an account, or a degree in video editing. Most online tools make you send your entire file to their servers and hope they delete it afterwards. We thought there had to be a better way so we made the processing happen entirely inside your browser.

When you drop a video into our tool, it never leaves your device. The audio track is stripped (or extracted as MP3) locally, using the same open-source video technology that powers professional editing software. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and there is nothing to delete afterwards because we never had your file in the first place.

The tool is free, and we intend to keep it that way. No watermarks on your output, no daily limits nudging you toward a paid plan, no email signup standing between you and a silent video.
